專案概述 / Project Overview

為因應未來高齡化與居家辦公的需求成長,過去白天上班晚上才回到家中的生活模式,未來人們將整天都待在家中,集合住宅將需要更多的公共與辦公空間,以滿足未來更多的無障礙與生活休憩需求,在各個樓層中置入共享的主題辦公空間,並在屋頂上創造屋頂農園,以階梯式方式設置量體,並以無障礙坡道串連各個樓層,打破樓層界線,導入基因演算法,以被動式的量體設計增加冬季日照並減少夏季冷房負荷,降低建築對原有環境日照權的影響。

The culture of townhouses has faded away as urban regeneration went by over the past few years, and has been replaced by congregate housing. Neighborhood relationships disappeared as distances between people and streets have been gradually increased. In the current generation, “work from home” and “population aging” turn out to be two of the main issues of future habitats.

To deal with inefficient living spaces of the existing congregate housing, this project tries to break boundaries between stories with “themed-office belts” and “community activity spaces”, and further reconnect the vanished neighborhood relationship through the mixed-use programming. By building vertical streets inside the housing, a boundless living style will be created finally.


設計操作 / Design Operations

On design operations, I parameterize the space and conduct environmental impact assessment to generate options. My design would eventually be balanced between concept and environmental impact.

在設計操作上,我將空間參數化並進行環境影響評估以生成方案。我的設計最終將在概念與環境影響之間取得平衡。
